Alice George & Brandi Homan
Tonight we celebrate the release of new works by two acclaimed Chicago poets. Alice George is a widely published poet, whose new collection, This Must Be the Place, explores materials spanning folklore, fairytales, politics and science, inviting readers into an imaginative world of unusual range and intimacy. Of Brandi Homan’s new volume, poet Joan Larkin raved, “I love Brandi Homan’s poems in Hard Reds.
