The Cafe open mic

The Cafe (5115 N. Lincoln Ave.) hosts a weekly poetry/performance art open mic (hosted by Janet Kuypers). August 16th has a mini-feature night, where throughout the open mic people can read up to 10 minutes of material. The last mini feature night was such a success (and so loved by the audience) that we are thrilled to do it again...
Like the last mini-feature night at the Cafe, we may consider setting up the stage at the back wall (and not at the arches to the left side), and if we can pull it off, we will also have a video display of random art from around the country (and around the world) on the back wall to accompany all open mic readers during their mini-features.
And all people who did NOT get a youtube video link of their mini-feature reading at the Cafe in the past can even get a youtube video link of their reading!
