The Annual Willow Review Journal Launch and Reading is this Thursday evening, 7 PM, April 19, in room C003. It is FREE and open to the public. Please come by to hear exceptional poetry and prose and to meet local authors. This is the College of Lake County’s international literary magazine.

His latest book is “Riff on Six: New and Selected Poems” (Salt Publishing). His work has appeared in such publications as The American Poetry Review, The Atlantic, Esquire, The Hudson Review, The Iowa Review, The Nation, The New Republic, The New Yorker, The New York Times, The Paris Review, Poetry, Prairie Schooner and Slate. His first poetry collection, “The Breathers” (Ecco Press), was nominated for the National Book Award. His fourth book of poems, “Ten Thousand Good Mornings” (Carnegie Mellon University Press) was nominated for the Pulitzer Prize.
The reading and launch will be held in room C003 (basement, down from the “C” wing entrance), at the College of Lake County, Grayslake Campus, on Thursday evening April 19, at 7 PM. Please park in one of the student parking lots; they are free. If you park in faculty or staff lots, you may be ticketed (sorry).
